Topaz close direct when I load a picture after updating

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. When I load a picture in Topaz It run the software and just at the end it stops and close topaz?
   It happend after updating a new version on my macbook on my imac it works perfectly.

What can I do about it?

I have the same issue; every photo I open results in a crash. I tried changing the processor dropbox, and it doesn’t help, I tried to re-install, and it doesn’t help either.
