I am using the latest version of Topaz Photo AI (3.1.2), and but unlike the previous version, it always loads on the primary screen and not to the secondary screen despite always moving the window to the secondary screen. The previous version always loaded on my secondary screen.
Please take a screen recording of this behavior so I can see exactly what is happening.
