When I open an image in Topaz AI Photo, it goes into idle and does not treat the photo

@jean.sanders Thanks for sending the specs.
It’s possible there was a conflict with the Mac system permissions during installation or update that blocked some files from downloading properly.
Make sure to disable antivirus, firewall, VPN, or proxy that may be on your computer. These are known to block the installer from downloading the model files.
Then please follow the instructions below:
- Get a new installer from the downloads page directly. Download
- In MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access, enable full disk access for Installer if it is not enabled already.
- Then, go to Privacy & Security > Files and Folders, enable the Downloads folder for Installer.
- Run the installer.
How do i download the installer; when i get the package, i download TopazPhotoAI.pkg, which I can not add to the access panel in security.
I need to identify the installer itself, but can’t see it in my downloads.

When you download the installer from the site, move Photo AI to the applications folder on your Mac. Please follow the steps below to fix this.
In MacOS System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files & Folders, are you able to find Installer and enable all locations for it.
