Topaz AI screen frame is offset

The Topaz AI window is offset by about 1/4 inch. This means that I need to click 1/4 inch above all menus and buttons to get them to work. More importantly I can’t scroll to the actual bottom of the frame, where I assume some important buttons are - such as “GO”.

This happens regardless of whether I start the app as a standalone or if I open it through Lightroom. (Lightroom Classic) I don’t have steps to follow to recreate this issue, as it happens throughout the Topaz AI experience from start to finish.
