While rorking with Topaz AI, each frame was sent to a queue page, but this page is stuck or not functioning due to the top item being processed has been stuck fort over 18 hours and i CANNOT PROCEED WITH MY FILE PROCESSING. i HAVE CHECKED THE ORIGINAL FILES AND THEY AHVE NOT ALL BEEN PROCESED. How can I unstick the guilty file to finish the processing???

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
