The thing just won’t launch anymore. Looking for advice. Should I just download and reinstall it? I get email about upgrades to my Topaz products, but hesitant to spend money on something that goes belly up for no reason. Thanks.
Yes. Delete it and then re-download. I had the same problem and that fixed it.
