When processing a video with Topaz AI, changing the default sound settings consistently causes the application to crash. This issue is reproducible 100% of the time.
I am running Windows 11 (latest release 24H2) with all updates applied and have tested the problem using both an RTX 3080 and an RTX 5080. The crash occurs regardless of the video card in use.
Can you send the apps logs and a screen recording of this as well?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
