Topaz AI crashes every photo

The rendering is complete, then when I save to Save the photo, it crashes and the file is there with the size of 0. This happens whether I open AI from the right click Open As or I drag in the JPG file.

This is so frustrating opening the software for every photo and none are saved.

Where are you saving to? If it is NAS is it allocated a drive letter?
