Topaz AI 3 running incredibly slow after upgrade

[I have a MacBook Pro with the highest specs for the 16in M3 MAXX model. V3 (the latest release) is running incredibly slow after the upgrade.

I am using latest update to Sonoma Mac OS - so everything else seems to work fine.

Please rectify with Mac OS as my work depends on being able to carry out noise reduction and other enhancements. Should this continue, I will be forced to move to another platform (unfortunately).
