Topaz Adjust AI Crashes Immediately Upon Opening

I have an iMac, 16 GB memory and the Apple M1 chip with Ventura 13.5.2 OS. I am using Photoshop 2024 and have checked the Rosetta box.
When I try to open Topaz Adjust AI it immediately crashes and I don’t even see an error message.
Apple does bring up a crash report.

Please help - How do I get this resolved so I can use this product?
