Topaz 2.0.2 gets stuck on removing noise

I open Topaz AI from Lightroom classic (File, Plugin extras). Topaz Auto Pilot identifies what needs to be done, but then the “removing noise” stops somewhere between 10% and 90% complete

Topaz AI does not “hang up”, but just stops processing.

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 graphics card (latest drivers and optimised for Topaz AI) and running Windows 10 (ran the latest update today).

I am using version 2.0.2. I uninstalled and re-installed the software earlier today.

Thanks for reaching out. It looks like this is an error with the graphics card that we are looking into a fix for.

I can follow up once I have more information about this issue and hopefully a fix.

Do you have any update on the above issue? I’m still experiencing issues even after upgrading to version 2.1.1 (also getting “error running model” errors)
