Hi, I just purchased the Topaz photo IA to speed up my processes and actually it takes ages to do it and even longer to download it.
Also I needed certain size of files for printing , however this software upscale it only 6x . Seriously ? Why i cannot get a size of my picture i need for such an expensive software ?
Also there is no option to change the DPI and keep size of the picture ?
Why it takes ages to download a file ? If I new this i would never purchase it.
The other AI apps can do it faster even they are free to use.

You can upscale more than once. Yes Topaz is slow compared to other software.
If not happy you can get a refund, within 30 days of purchase.
The AI upscaling feature only offers 1x, 2x, and 4x models. If you select 6x, the image will be upscaled using the 4x AI model and then further resized to 6x using a traditional algorithm.
AI models are huge, roughly totaling 8.5GB in size.
They should download very fast if you have a quick internet connection.
However, there may be occasional temporary slowdowns in the Topaz server (Amazon Cloud).

Yes there is, select Inches or CM for the upscale process. There is a physical limitation of 32,000 x 32,000 pixels on the size of the image output.
If you mean downloading the application it all depends on your hardware and internet connection … in my case it took 2-3 minutes for the complete installation.
I suggest you use the Support Link under the Help menu to find the information you want in the user guide.
Unfortunately they don’t . I do have quite fast internet connection 250MB/s and it works perfectly with other software but Topaz photo IA .
I had to wait around 25 minutes for downloading 245mb file which usually takes a few seconds with other softwares.
I think I just made a big mistake by buying this software. If you need to do 30 images a day, you have no chance to manage it with this software.
How can I get a refund ?
