I am happy with the results but the process seems very slow.
After processing an image which can take several minutes, I then click on the save button which transfers me to the secondary page. I click save here but then have to wait again several minutes while the image is processing. Once in have clicked save the first time I would expect to have completed the process. Opening say 4 images and then clicking on" Save 4 Images" takes forever.
Is this an issue with Topaz or is it my PC which is slowing things down
It’s likely your PC - but we need of course some details about your hardware to tell for sure.

Well then, yes, it is normal that TPAI is really slow on this machine.
Yes you need a faster computer and a gpu, preferably with at least 8gb vRAM. AI software uses a lot of memory. Adding a decent gpu should help but you may need to change the psu as well.
Does my Topaz membership allow me to open up on another machine. I have a laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics and 8 GB. Assuming it would work better on it?
I think so. I did not have any issues adding to a new computer.

Downloaded Topaz on my laptop and worked on a few pictures. The difference in speed to save each adjustment is huge.
