Today at the time shown I did my first full format image (cropped though :slight_smile: ). For me this is a big step (!) and I can’t wait to go out and shoot with my 5D Mark IV. btw: Topaz B&W

Nice shot.

Congrats on the new camera! I did the same thing, going from a 7D to the one you have. The things I have been most happy about are the better noise and much better low light shooting. Things I have been disappointed about - nothing! :smile:

Thanks Ken! I agree with your statement about noise and low light shooting. I expect also a much better dynamic range like I had with my 70D. The Canon manual is 610 (!) pages. Guess it will take a while to ‘master’ this camera. Not everything is different but still… In my opinion it is a little pity that the camera has no articulated touchscreen. Being able to turn the screen into various positions is sometimes very helpful.
Another plus for me is that the 5D has no built-in flash which is useless anyways.
