I agree with @Michael_DeLisio about adding the brick to the top. The image has wonderful colors and interest that makes the eye wander around the image.
Thank you Michael for your suggestion about adding bricks to the top of the frame.
I have tried to photoshop some bricks in but it doesn’t look convincing.
Here’s another crop which includes the top of the notice board. I had thought originally that the big red banner was a distraction. Maybe not.
