There is a problem when I have saved the finished image, with a transparent background, as a JPG

This is the newly created image with the Redifine upscaling saved as JPG. You can see strange artifacts around the image

And here is the best image result, the upscaled image saved with Redifine as PNG (Preserve Input Format). No artifacts and a clean image.
