Can you grab the logs from the app and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com or post here if you can? This way we can take a look at what parameters and codec were set on the export.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
Why doesn’t Topaz enable the user to EASILY view the full error as output by FFmpeg? Although it’s in the log file, that’s not exactly easy reading.
Even if the user doesn’t understand the error, they can look it up. They then might be able to make an adjustment themselves. e.g. use a different container, different codec, reduce the resolution etc. if that’s what caused the error.
Hence, in turn, this might reduce the workload of the support team as well as helping the user.
