The preview is different to the final outcome

Hi i buy the topaz gigapixel ai 8 for landscape and city photography. i find the some issue with people face .

this is the org image.

this is preview

this is the output file.
Would you please advice setting or how can i get same effect as the the prview.

Apart from this . when i use the widow the the preview each time is diferent . how can i selected the pervious preview . if it is better.

I had try different face recover from 10-100 and off. But the problem is the preivew is no reflect the actural outcome .

Hi.

Can you confirm you are asking about Face Recovery because, what you’re describing are the Generative Models
Recover & Redefine

The image below has the Recover preview window around the King fisher’s is this what you’re seeing, you’ll also see a similar preview window with the Redefine Model

This second image shows a closeup of the Generative Models options plus Model Settings with a Details Slider underneath and below that Face Recovery with a Toggle Switch

Forgive me if I’m wrong but, have you mistaken the Model Settings Slider as the Face Recovery control simply because, the words Face Recovery are highlighted and you hadn’t actually flicked the Face Recovery Toggle Switch to on.
