it gets stuck on exported outcome. in detail, it seems like export perfectly. But the final outcome/video that it produces: It gets stuck after a few seconds, just audio gets played.
I tried a combo of: 1280720P25fps> 19201080P29.97fps, Motion Deblur, rest are automatic Enhancement & Interpolation.
I hope you will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
NT: Same video I exported from macOS; I got amazing results.

Could you send us a note at help@topazlabs.com with the full log files from the app?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.

Same issue here – I’m having the issue anytime I use an interpolation model (Apollo or Chronos).
