DeNoise 5 had a debanding option in the toolbar. For the life of me, I cannot find this in Photo Ai or DeNoise Ai. Topaz has seemingly abandoned useful programs such as Mask Ai and Adjust Ai, to name two. Mask Ai is fun and very useful.
I have every Topaz product in the store at the time of writing this. Whenever I research I come across old, useful, stuff that is no longer in these programs. I like Ai and it’s getting better but I think the term is “legacy features”. It would be nice if Topaz gave us the same old toolbars I see along with the Ai option. Unless I’m completely missing something obvious, which is a possibility. lol
It seems like the more Ai we get the less control we have. Unfortunate.

For a while we developed with the vision that the Autopilot settings will be so perfect you won’t have to make any manual adjustments, hence fewer options in the first place. However, we’ve found that users, especially the more professional ones, actually prefer to have more granular control over the settings.
We’ve moved away from programs like Mask and Adjust. I don’t think you’re missing anything within Photo AI itself. We are releasing new filters though that give you more control over the quality of the image so hopefully that reminds you of the legacy features
