The latest download is not working at all

It’s not working at all. Says processing. Tried closing and opened again, nothing. Tried turning computer off and restart, nothing. Been like that for about 20 minutes.

Need to get work out so this is a huge problem. Also doesn’t look like it’s done anything to change the look in the preview.

Same issue. Lightroom Classic (current version) will not open 1.4.3 from app or plugin. Worked fine prior to most recent update. Retina 5K iMac running Ventura 13.4.1

v1.4.4 will be released sometime on Thursday so maybe wait for that to see if the issue is fixed?

Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach all the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.

What issue are you having? Is the application not opening at all or is your file not loading in to Topaz Photo AI?

It’s not saving. Someone said Thursday for next update - I can’t wait for Thursday to be fixed, I need to get work out.

Thursday - a week away, that’s rubbish.

Yeah the program running extremely slow. Might need to contact support for refund. If no fix will be contacting topaz or amex to get money back

New update - tried it and bam something else now.

Update 1.5.0 - Now says Error Running Model AND made the images down to 2.5mb - what the hell is going on. I can’t use that. What a waste of time.

Please send the logs. I have no way of identifying the issue without that information.

Open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.

If there was a previous version that worked you can roll back by finding the version in the releases page:

By default, Topaz Photo AI saves JPG files at 95% quality, which is the highest quality that does not introduce artifacts. It’s the most space and quality efficient way to save JPG.

My team has done research on JPG quality to reach this conclusion. Even 95% will have significant file size reduction compared to 100%.

You can increase the quality to 100% by clicking Save > Export Settings > Format > JPEG and increasing the slider to 100.

It seems to be working again. Hopefully it was just a one off incident. Thank you for replying Lingyu.
