Can you provide a screen recording that clearly illustrates what you are seeing?
You can use a free software like Loom.com to create the video and then just send the link they provide.
Also, feel free to reach us at help@topazlabs.com and we can look closer at the issue you describe.
Hello Garrett and many thanks for your request. Meanwhile I made a complete rest of the workstation- the reason I reply a little bit too late - and for now anything seems to work good. So I can’t send you a screen shot - or so. I’ll do so, if the problem will cause again. The problem was that I could not activate the “Face Recovery” button for any reasons. The program did the scan of the images - images of a good quality of approx 2400 pixel - but it was not able to detect any face for any reason. It also did not creaty any preview of the image. I had to wobble the image until the program did so. I hope it will work now without any issues. Things are lookking good right now. Once again big thanks! You folks there do a great job. Keep it up!
