Do not know what you done with the latest update, but Topaz Photo is performing poorly. You have taken a perfectly good product and made it cumbersome to use. The Autopilot takes an extensive time to engage; it will not take the first image in a string (cannot read image data}; and has difficulty closing a processed image. Hope you address product performance.
And what are the specifications of your PC?
Hi @frank.justo, do you have close image after processing toggled on in your preferences (found in the general section under export)? I found that batch processing hung on the second image processed until I toggled this off and then reloaded Photo AI. Also, if you have used the light adjustment toggle or used the remove tool on any of your photos this will also cause TopazAI to hang in the batch processing. This is an issue they need to sort and will get to when they can. Sorry to hear of your frustrations.
