Taskbar Shortcut lost after every single update of VideoAI and PhotoAI

[If you are posting a new bug, please include the following]

1. I always create a Task bar shortcut for my most used applications, including both VideoAI & PhotoAI. After running an update to the application from the in app prompt, the shortcut for that particular application is now either removed from the taskbar or becomes invalid with the icon removed. This does not occur for any other application I use outside of Topaz and happens on both my Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines.
2. Your system profile: N/A (multiple PC)
3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support): N/A
4. Any screenshots as necessary: N/A

i got the same sometimes after upgrading windows 11 and windows 10.
