System completely froze with 1.7Gb Mp4 file

[If you are posting a new bug, please include the following]

  1. Attempted to process 1.7Gb Mp4 file that was originally a VHS conversion. Used Artemis MQ as the 1st Enhancement and Iris LQ v2 as the 2nd enhancement. Started the process on Saturday 3rd May and came in to find PC frozen this morning 6th May.

  2. PC is an i7 10th Gen 2.9Ghz, with 80Gb Ram and a Nvidia RTX 3070 GPU. Running Win 11.

  3. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support) - Log Files attached

Open the Preferences Panel and change the following settings.

File>Preferences>Processing

  1. Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor
  2. Set the max memory to 80%
  3. Set max processes to 1
  4. Save the settings and close the panel.
  5. Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.
