Switching to H264/5 sets bitrate to 0

  1. Set AV1 as default
  2. Select source and change codec to H265
  3. Slider may be Dynamic, but the setting will still say 0 Mbps
  4. Slider has to change back and forth from static to dynamic to slect mode
