Support previews in Photo Mechanic for .dng and have metadata files readable

Photo Mechanic cannot preview Topaz DNG files or read the metadata side car files (.xmp). It can use the embedded previews and read the .xmp sidecar files from standard Adobe dng’s and in the dng’s from DxO. I believe it is a long time request to make the changes needed to do this.

Any other Photo Mechanic on this forum to upvote this?

I am also still seeing the missing DNG previews as of TPAI 3.2.0.
The work around is I take the DNGs in to LRc, do a preview / metadata update and then do a “sync” on that folder to cause the metadata to be written to the XMP.
