There is something about using a superzoom lens rather than cropping … portrait of a friend @547mm on a Sony A7M3 & FE 200-600mm f5-6-6.3 lens (f/8, 1/800 sec, ISO6400)

I must say you have utilized the lens to its full potential. The photo came out really good and even the background is blurred but totally mixed with the photo for the noise that you kept. High definition and good color or Its better to say accurate color.
