Superfocus 3.3.3 Crashes as soon as I hit render

I have a picture of my dog. I select super focus. I edit to select Subject. This highlights the dog. This is with Low sharpen strength and minor focus boost. I hit Render. The application closes. I have tried rebooting. closing all other programs. I am on a current Macbook pro with an Apple M1 Max chip and 32 gb of memory.

I have the same problem.
With Super Focus I can select/create my mask, but when clicking “Render” the program crashes.
Also I have a similar problem with “Remove object” functionality - it crashes immediately when clicking the button (even before selecting an object/mask).
I’m using a MacBook Pro M2 Max with 32GB of memory.
