Also if you can, please try to recreate this error message in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

Hi, I have sent log files to your dropbox. My labtop is Lenovo Legion Y530-15ICH with Intel Core i5 8th Gen with Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 Ti, Windows 11.
Once you download and open this new version, you should be able to click on the blue ‘Activate’ button and log in with your email that is associated with your Topaz Labs Account and password.
Once authenticated, please try the same model again and let me know if you get the error.
