Why cannot we have the option to set the suffix like in version 2
These random numbers in the output file is a big pain.
Have to change them manually.

I have heard that they know this is a pain for users. Hopefully it makes it into the update next week.

The generated ffmpeg commands have the “overwrite existing file” option tuned on, even though they never generate the same file name twice. That indicates to me that the auto serialization of file names is just a temporary work around until they get an file overwrite switch into the GUI.
These odd file naming is a big drawback in my workflow.
For the time being I will stick to v2.
