Using the latest version as of today, I selected one person in the foreground as the specific subject. The app shows only red around her, yet the sharpening is applied to the OOF people in the background!
Steps to reproduce issue:
Run Topaz Photo AI, it selects all people in the photo
Using the Remove subject brush, remove the background people from the subjecdt
Apply the new subject
When it previews (and saves), the people in the background have sharpening applied.
Thanks Ray…turning that off fixed it. Of course, I didn’t turn that on…the analysis did that automatically. I admit I left that on because I thought face recovery had to do with brightness, not sharpening. If it’s a sharpening setting, perhaps it should follow the selection for sharpening.
