Studio Plugins crash photoshop

I haven’t upgraded to the 64 bit MacOS, haven’t upgraded Topaz, and when I try to use plugins, PS crashes.
In many other worlds I’d reinstall. Suggestions?

I’m using the original version
When I try filling in a support ticket, my mac system profile won’t land in the window… pesky form

You will need to supply your actual OS version, RAM, PS version GPU etc.
