Studio Adjust button tool bar

Been running an PS Elements group in our camera club. Am planning to introduce Topaz Studio next month.

1. How do I get the vertical Adjustment button toolbar to show up?
2. How do you run Studio from elements?

How do I get the vertical Adjustment button toolbar to show up?

There is no toolbar at the top any more, the Adjustment list, Icons & Name, can be accessed from the Adjustment button under the Histogram on the right.
