Stuck in Trial Mode after updateing Video AI

This is a new bug. I am stuck in Trial Mode and logging in does not fix it. What now?

Can you share the email that your ownership of Topaz Video AI is listed under? I do not see any ownership of TVAI under the email associated with this account.
