I’m not able to download new release for AI. Every time I get the message “Failed to Check for Updates” Can you help me? Thank you

You can download v1.2.8 from the product release thread on this forum or from your account on the main website.

I’ve had the same problem in Photo AI with both 1.2.7 and 1.2.8. When I manually check for an update, I get the red error message “Failed to check for updates.” Oddly enough, eventually (a few days later?) the automatic notification of that I could download 1.2.8 appeared on the app (without a manual check). I updated, thinking that the error message would go away, but it persists. When I manually check for updates, rather than being told that I have the most up to date software, Photo AI reports “Failed to check for updates.”

Where on this forum would I find a place to update Photo AI?
