Still not previewing properly in 6.2

After updating to 6.2 (having stuck to 6.1 after issues with 6.1.3), I found live previews were working again for 3 videos, then on the 4th one, when I selected preset and pressed play, my CPU & GPU are being used but the program is just playing the ‘original’ video.
It doesn’t matter what view I use, the green progress bar at the bottom is grey, no preview is shown just the original, however when I go to the ‘preview queue’ and click ‘show in folder’ all the previews are there to view in another media player, I don’t want to use another media player.
This appears to be a problem with presets. If I create a new ‘untitled’ job, and manually enter details for an enhancement it works fine, regardless of what enhancement I choose, but if I select a preset, the program won’t show the preview.
Sort it please, this is ridiculous.

Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.

I am also having a lot of trouble with previews in 6.2 on Windows 10. Sometimes it works when I switch codec to H264 or audio to convert, as it did on 6.1.3, but most of the time it doesn’t. They appear as processing in the Preview Cue but don’t show as processing on the main screen, nor does the preview appear. I can’t use the software in its current state.

Double check that you are running an updated Studio Driver for the GPU and turn off the FXAA feature in the Nvidia Control Panel and see if that brings the video preview back into the screen.

We have seen some users run into issues when having the FXAA turned on that it does not allow the MPV player to show rendered previews correctly.

Update your driver to the latest Studio Driver and turn off FXAA in the Nvidia Control Panel then restart the computer and launch Video AI to run another preview.

I think disabling FXAA by launchingt TVAI is possible and easy to implement Black screen, no video input or output after version 5.36 for many user - #11 by Mayday

Same issue here, running on MacOS. This was happening on my MacBook as well as on a new installation on a Mac Studio.

Trashing preferences seems to fix it for me, at least temporarily. I have logging enabled, but when I choose “get logs for support” or “open log folder” nothing happens. The “Open Current Log” option is greyed out for me as well.

yes, my driver was up to date and that feature was always off

My drivers are up to date and FXAA was already off.

Also having a preview bug on 6.2 update, the preview function glitches, the blue “render 5s” button also does a glitch every few seconds, and the seconds are also glitching
