Lighting, composition, treatment - thumbs up!
Wonderful color and tone …
Nice work Flick. I love the lighting.
Beautiful. Just what Impression is supposed to achieve. Which filters did you use?
Robert - I normally start all of my Impression work with a basic preset I have made. That way my mind is not influenced by a more stylistic beginning and can move around more freely. I then play, sometimes for a few minutes and other time much longer, with all of the sliders and other controls until I have either what I want, or something different that I like. While it works fairly well for me it does make it impossible for me to repeat as I gave up saving presets a long time ago. Thanks for asking and sorry my answer is probably not too useful.
Great looking results, I agree with what the others have said about it.
the lighting!!!
I must echo “the lighting”!
Wonderful work! Classic photo, great lighting, colors and processing!
No, since we work the same way in Impression. I tend to start with one of the canned or community presets and modify from there. The big part is adjusting the layer’s opacity once back in Photoshop to get a more blended finished image.
