On Topaz Video 1.4.0, working on Macbook M3 Max 64Go RAM, Starlight Mini selected, queue loops forever on “estimating…” model doesn’t seem to download…
And Starlight mini model not available on the “Model Manager” window to download it manually…
Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com? Need to look into what is going on and if the download of the model was not completed by the app.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
