I have a project which is using and processing using the starlight precise model, today when I try to add a new video clip export is not enabled (for any starlight models) with the “does not meet hardware requirements” message - using a 5080 gpu.
How much system RAM do you have? The Starlight models all have 32GB of System RAM as a minimum, althought the app isn’t always vigilant about enforcing that reqirement.
We are looking into reports of the UI showing that the local export option is unavailable for some users, with a message stating that the system is below requirements. Can you grab the logs and a screenshot of what you are seeing in the app and sen dto the support team at help@topazlabs.com? Getting details together to show the devs what users are seeing on their end.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

A user who saw this, did report that clicking to generate a new tab and then selecting through filters allowed them to export with the Precise model locally.
The issue was solved by reinstalling, and freeing up disk space. I suspect the problem arose when installing 1.6.1.
An error message regarding missing models / lack of file space would have been helpful.
