Starlight runs system check everytime it is used and downloads 3.5Gb

Everytime i use Starlight it runs the system check and downloads a 3.5Gb file. Other models only download once and seem correct.

Just downloaded Topaz Video and that is happening to me as well. Like, how many times do you have keep downloading a 3.5GB file? Is it for EVERY module?

I have the same issue, and when I choose Starlight / Starlight Sharp, ‘export’ is greyed out and it says that it only works with the Cloud. Weird.

Same issue here.
looking at: C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video\models\models\astra-1.0
it extracted these only.

This happens to me, but only on my one host which doesn’t meet the requirements for Starlight Sharp. Start Topaz Video. Wait for prior project load to complete. “Starlight System Test” dialog always seems to pop up. Don’t interact, just click the ‘X’ in the upper right.

If the current model in the dropdown is Starlight Sharp

Switch to “Starlight” and Starlight should be functional.

If the current model in the dropdown is Starlight

Switch To Starlight Sharp model , it’ll pop up again. Don’t interact, just click the ‘X’ in the upper right. Now switch back to Starlight and it should work.

Nope
 both have the same issue for me, can’t use them. It asks to redownload upon completion every time.
No problem with computer requirements

There was a bug in the app that was having the model continue to download repeatedly on launch. This was patched in an update and should not still be occurring in 7.1.4 or the new app.

If it is please email the support team directly at help@topazlabs.com with the logs from the app.
