Starlight Precise Errors

As you can’t get a preview to see what Starlight brings to the table, I tired to export - Cloud failed so tried to devcie. 8 days quoted for export.

So trimmed vid down to a test clip, still failed and got error logs

Error said to go to help and send logs so those logs attached.

Please advise on a way forward to try and preview/use Starlight.

Preview for the Starlight models is not an option at this time.

To see the effects of the model, you will need to export the file.

Based on what the logs are showing, you might be hitting a memory error issue with the model.

Open the Preferences Panel and let’s change the following settings.

File>Preferences>Processing

  1. Ensure that your GPU is selected for the AI Processor

  2. Set the max memory to 80%

  3. Set max processes to 1

  4. Save the settings and close the panel.

  5. Re-run your clip through the process that you were trying.

Hi,

All the above was already set up as indictaed except Max Memory, which I redcued to 80% as suggested.

I retried startlight and got error messge saying it coulnd’t upload the MP4 file, as it wasn’t an acceptted video type.
Latest logs attached.

Understood, thank you for the updated logs.

Let’s lower that memory down to 70% and try one more time. I am seeing the memory error code still being shown.
