# Starlight Precise 2.5 Error when uploading larger file

I’ve tested Starlight 2.5 Precise on some smaller clips, but when I try to send a larger clip, it errors when trying to upload. It claims there is a network connection issue, but I am having no network connection issues. Attached are the logs.

Checking with the team on this to see what is going on. Some larger files get broken up into chunks when being uploaded and if one part of that fails then the whole file fails.

OK. I’m hoping this can be fixed. So far, this is the only model that seems to actually do anything. Everything else just doesn’t improve the video at all no matter what parameters I use.
