Hey Team, Starlight mini is no longer working in Video AI, and hasn’t been for the last few updates. fails with an error and says contact support. Logs attached.

The logs are showing that the model is not able to access the file along the file path.
Can you confirm that the file path is correct and currently enabled for access? If it is this could be an issue stemming from the model not being correctly downloaded for the app to call it and is showing as that error code.
Try doing a clean install of the app and the model on your system. If that does not work, please send the updated logs to the support team for further investigation, help@topazlabs.com.
I encountered the same issue. You have an inconsistent path format when you are formatting the ffmpeg command string:

D:\ probably should be a D:/
