everytime when i choose to use starlight hq, it pops out an error says get help from support.
any ideas what may go wrong?

Would need to see the logs for review on what the error message is pertaining to. Can you grab those and send to the support team? help@topazlabs.com
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
