- Download Starlight Minizeigt kein Ergebnis. Nach Schließen des Pogramms erfolgt aber kein weiterer Hinweis zum Laden. Bei den Enhancement kann man jetzt Starlight mini auswählen. Aber bricht nach wenigen Sekunden mit “error”-Meldung ab.

Let’s have you proceed with the following steps to see if that will allow Starlight Mini to render:
- Navigate to the Windows add/remove (or search for it using the search bar)>Search for Video AI and click “Uninstall.” When asked if you wish to delete configuration and data files, click yes.

- Delete any files and folder for the main drive - C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI\
- Open the Registry Editor on your system. - Windows Key+R will open the run option and then type regedit. Click yes when it prompts.
- Navigate down to the following folders and right-click on it to delete it.
- I. Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\ Topaz Video AIII. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video AI
- Reboot your system
- Roll back to 7.1.0 Video AI | 7.1.0 | Windows
- Download Starlight Mini and let me know if that works when exporting
Starlight Mini does not work on NvIdia 4090 even on 80%.

I just re-downloaded Video AI, it has worked very well in the past, no issues. I just can’t get Starlight Mini to download. It checked out my system :
HP Omen 35L
Intel Core Ultra 7 processors
NVidia GeForce RTX 4080 Super
close to a terra memory free
no issues, then… nothing.

Did you try closing and restarting TVAI?
Some people reported that SL mini download only succeeded after a few retries…
I have posted before that I was unable to get the download working and then finally it did. However, now Topaz wants to download Starlight mini again and again and it is not downloading. So it seems to be pot luck. I have sent an email to support.

I am happy because Starlight mini now works with the rollback to version 7.1.0.
My further question: shall I stay with version 7.1.0 or can I use now the updates to version 7.1.3 without risk? It is no problem to stay, I think, because the change to the Studio version is near.

Once this has been tested and confirmed in 7.1.0, you can use the in-app updater to update back up to 7.1.5, when asked about deleting old models, select no. Open 7.1.5 and run the Starlight Mini system checker, download the required model files, and try running an export.
