Starlight Mini does not launch when offline

  1. The bug / behavior you have encountered
    Video AI (both 7.0.1 & 7.0.3b) - Starlight Mini works nicely but requires being online at launch (without a proxy server). The model downloaded and runs but on Video AI relaunch while offline, it asks for the reassessment of workstation - i.e. it cannot run while being offline unless Video AI is left open.

This is being looked into right now as to what is going on. Once the system checker runs and the model is downloaded it should be available for offline processing.

One thing to try is to go in the Preferences Panel and turn off the Cloud Processing feature as we have seen some users say this allowed them to work offline with Starlight Mini.
