Starlight fail to upload the video before processing

When performing FHD upscaling in Video AI’s Project Starlight, the process does not proceed after hours with the message ‘Uploaded chunk 0/1’.

The video is 50 seconds long, 462*346 in size and 13.7 MB.
This is my first paid upscaling and the free 10-second videos were processed without any problems.

The failed processes are showing that the credits have been rolled back to your account.

This failure could have been due to an issue with the network connection dropping out while uploading the video.

I would recommend trying again and if that produces another error, message the support team directly so we can look into this further for you.

I’ve tried it again and it was processed this time.
Apparently the cause was, as you say, an accidental network error.
