I don’t know if this is an issue. I uploaded a film on Starlight (Cloud) last night , the credits were also used up. The status of the film is now on “Accepted”. What does that mean now?
Nothing has happened since last night.
Does anyone know what that means

The video should be processing in the cloud and then an email will be sent once it is finished with a download link for you to get the processed file.
If you have not gotten that email please email the support team directly with the Cloud Render ID number if you have it or the email that you used for the account and we can take a look into what happened.
