Stabilization output error(Wrong video audio sync)

  • Error: TopazVideoAI result was produced with wrong audio/video sync…
    video sync is wrong, because audio was just copied
    I’ve verified the audio sync was ok with original audio extracted previously.

I have tried 7 times with various options & all the videos have wrong sync problem.
Only 1 video(of 3 videos) have sigfinicant video sync error with audio.
It takes about 15 hours for 5:00 video to processing per 1 trial.
The result video quality is ok.
but It have wrong sync with original audio, about 0.15 seconds and it can’t be fixed by simple audio shift.
The result video have proper FPS as expected.

  • My system
    CPU - AMD 5950X
    MEMEORY - 96 GB
    Video - Nvidia RX 3080
    OS - Windows 11(system updated as last version)

  • TopazVideoAI Version: 5.2.1 & 5.2.2 - same result
    I used several times with previous versions and there was no error.

  • Video input: 7680x4320(8K) 29.97 FPS
    Video out: same with original

  • Enhancement: Progressive/Nyx/(Nyx or Nyx Fast)
    same result without Enhancement option.

  • Stablization: Full-Frame/25
    same result when Crop or var strength(25,50, 75)

  • Video Output Type: H265/Main10/Dynamic/High
    I didn’t use other seetings

  • Audio Output: copy

  • Video Container: mp4/mkv/mov
    same results for all the 3 containers…
